The same is also true of the area’s many 4000-metre peaks, offering an introduction to the world of mountaineering. From relaxed hiking on the valley floor to challenging mountain hikes and high mountain hikes, the Aletsch Arena offers everything you could wish for.

Hikes & Adventures
The Binntal Landscape Park offers great knowledge and adventure programmes for groups and school classes. Get to know the rocks and minerals of the Binntal, take part in a reptile excursion or take your class on a search for animal tracks in the enchanted forest.
The 280-metre-long Goms Bridge suspension bridge is open all year round and can be crossed on foot, as well as by bike or wheelchair. You can reach the Goms Bridge on a hike, a bike tour or from the nearby car park in Fürgangen. The bridge connects the two hiking areas of Bellwald and Ernen.
