MENU DESIGN
We try to make the menus as varied and balanced as possible, within budget.
A vegetarian option is also available at every meal.
The menus are usually designed to cater for groups of up to 700 people. Our kitchen team pays close attention to the quality of the food, even with large quantities.
For a small surcharge, you can add special requests to the basic menu for your groups. Please give us notice in advance. In exceptional cases, it may be possible to change the menu at short notice.
- Salad buffet: Every day you can top up your vitamins with an extensive salad buffet in the evening or at lunchtime.
- Soup: Every meal is accompanied by a soup of the day.
- Dessert: In the evening there is a small dessert.
Breakfast
The extensive breakfast buffet includes the following:
- Several varieties of muesli
- Plain and fruit yoghurt
- Different types of meat (salami, ham and turkey meat)
- Cheese
- Butter and jams
- Wholegrain bread and six-grain bread
- Fruit
- Coffee, milk, orange juice and hot chocolate powder are on your tables
